Frank Howard Marshall (1866-1945)
Frank Howard Marshall was born in England on January 6, 1866. Marshall studied in Madrid, London, Paris at Academie Julian under Laurens, and in New York City at the William M. Chase School and the Art Students League. During the years 1906 thru 1921 he worked with the Red Cross in Hospital service in California and Arizona. He was active in Jamestown, New York City, and Worchester, Massachusetts, before moving to Carmel where he remained until his death on April 8, 1945.
