Virginia McCallister was a watercolorist born in Los Angeles, California on June 1, 1910. McCallister was active in the Los Angeles art scene during the 1930s. Her work includes landscapes of the area around her home, urban scenes, still lifes, and coastals. Her married name was Huffman at the time of her death in Laguna Beach, California on August 23, 2000.
