David Anthony Tauszky (1878-1972)
David Anthony Tauszky was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on September 4, 1878. Tauszky studied in New York City at the Art Students League and continued at Academie Julian in Paris under Laurens and Constant. He was well known in the East in 1922 when he moved to Los Angeles. He made many trips back to New York to paint and exhibit. Tauszky died in Pasadena, California on February 26, 1972.
